The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Knighthood be conferred upon Paul Hyacinth Morgan Esq, QC and John Henry Boulton Saunders Esq, QC on their appointment as Justices of the High Court.

Paul Hyacinth Morgan: Born in 1952 and educated at St Columb’s College, Londonderry; Peterhouse, Cambridge. Called to the Bar, Lincoln’s Inn, 1975, Bencher, 2001. Deputy High Court Judge, 2001-2007, Deputy Chairman, Agricultural Land Tribunal, since 1999.
John Henry Boulton Saunders: Born in 1949 and educated at Uppingham School; Magdalen College, Oxford. Called to the Bar, Gray’s Inn, 1972; a Recorder, 1990-2004. A senior Circuit Judge and Recorder of Birmingham, since 2004.
