PM’s Day
Questioned as to whether the Prime Minister would be seeing any Government officials or anybody else of note today, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) said that she didn’t have details of the Prime Minister’s diary to hand. That said, she could confirm that the Prime Minister was currently at Chequers and would see people when he needed to see them.
IT
Asked if there was any significance in the delivery of a large batch of computers to No 10 this morning, the PMS said that she wasn’t aware of any particular reason behind their delivery. She pointed out that IT equipment in Downing Street was updated from time to time - although, as far as she was aware, today’s consignment was not headed towards the Press Office.
