Tony Blair joined thousands of mourners from all walks of life at London’s City Hall to sign a book of condolence for the victims of last week’s bombings.
He wrote:
"With my deep condolences for all those who lost their lives and for their families who mourn. And with heartfelt admiration for London, the greatest capital city in the world."
The book of condolence was opened by Mayor Ken Livingstone to enable Londoners to pay their respects.
